Nestled in a fascinating park landscape, Benkhausen Castle is the perfect setting for events and leisure. The historic building complex offers hotel rooms, conference rooms and gastronomy. The extensive castle park with a circular hiking trail is freely accessible. Marvels of the history of slot machines can be found in the worldwide unique collection of the entrepreneurial family Gauselmann in a fascinating exhibition.
After the Gauselmann entrepreneurial family acquired Schloss Benkhausen in 2010, renovation work initially focused on the historic building areas. A matter close to the family's heart was then the revitalization of the park and garden areas, which today form a harmonious whole together with the buildings at Benkhausen Castle.
